Urban Art Project: How Two Young People Transformed Lake Mtkvari Into Exhibition Space

Do you imagine that one day you stroll around Mtkvari shores and you see Georgian Pirosmani’s masterpieces.

The idea of Urban art belonges to Vaja Topuria and Nino Zedgenidze, who are street artists. The aim of the project is to transform Mtkvari into exhibition space. Visitors will have chance to see the masterpieces instead of wasted water.

Reproductions is created on waterproof print, accordingly water won’t damage them. Mtkvari Pirosmanisation implemented with the help of the city hall. In the near future couple intends to exhibit Petre Otshkeli installations at the shores of the Mtkvari river.
