UEFA Cups Travel to Occupied Georgia

With the initiative of Georgian Football Federation (GFF), prestigious UEFA cups traveled to village Dvani, which is located in Georgia’s occupied territory.

The Georgian village of Dvani is located at the provisional border with Georgia’s breakaway Tskhinvali (South Ossetia) region. Russian border guards have built barbed wire fences here. Part of peasants’ lands is now situated on the occupied territories, beyond the barbed wire fences.
In celebration of the upcoming prestigious UEFA Super Cup match between FC Barcelona and FC Sevilla, the three trophies are travelling across Georgian regions before next month’s match in Tbilisi.
