SOCAR Allocates Fuel for Firefighting Measures in Borjomi Gorge

SOCAR has allocated fuel for firefighting activities in Borjomi Gorge, the company statement reads.

“Regretfully, natural disaster has annihilated a major part of the woodland. Rescuers and firefighters continue fire liquidation measures. It is necessary to stand united and render assistance today and contribute to the woodland restoration in the future.

SOCAR Georgia Petroleum has allocated 45 tons of jet fuel, 10 tons of petrol and 10 tons of diesel.

We will also take part in the woodland restoration process and plant trees on 2 hectares. We should jointly save Borjomi woodland”, the company statement reads.
