Polish Film Festival Hosts Georgian Movie Retrospective

Rochester Polish Film Festival returns for its 21st year of bringing the best of contemporary cinema to Rochester. Presented by the Skalny Center for Polish and Central European Studies, the Polish Filmmakers Association, and the University of Rochester Cinema Group, the festival screened nine features over six days.

The program will show the following Georgian films: Mariam Khachvani’s “Dede” Rusudan Glurjidze’s “Other’s House” Giorgi Shengelaia’s “Alaverdoba” Mikheil Kobakhidze’s “Wedding”, “Kolga” and “Musicians” Ana Urushadze’s “Dangerous Mother” Levan Koguashvili’s “Occasional Dates” Gio Mgeladze’s “No friend”.
