Local organization “Mziani” has finished its infrastructure project of New Mziuri and handed it over to the Mayor’s office for review and approval.
As the author of the project, Ana Goguadze told “Business contact” repair works will begin in one week. Mziuri Park’s amphitheater and Café will be totally restored.
The amphitheater will host a variety of activities starting April. The Mziuri Café is going to employ individuals with disabilities. Currently, “Mziani” is looking for investors in order to launch its work soon.
City Hall handed over amphitheater and Café, located in the area of Mziuri, over to the organization “Mziani,”giving the company a total creative freedom.
According to the project draft, restored Mziuri Park’s territory will be equipped with ramps for disabled people and braille-based menus will be introduced for people who are blind or who have low vision.
People with hearing impairments will also be attended to at the Mziuri Park thanks to special signals.
For the first time in Georgia, a completely adapted and accessible space for people with disabilities including children and elders, will be created.
