The joint production of Germany, Georgia and France “My happy family” is being shot in Tbilisi within the frame of Shoot in Georgia.
The film is the second within the frame of the program. Georgian film is directed by directors Nana Ekvtimishvili and Simon Gross. The film describes history of Georgian family leaving in Tbilisi, the main parts are performed by Ia Shugliashvili and Merab Ninidze.
Totally, the film employees over 100 actors and actresses. The shooting is basically made in the different districts of Tbilisi. However, the shooting term includes over 3 months. Premier of the film should be held in 2017 for Georgian and international spectators.
It should be noted, that three applications are already submitted to Entrepreneur Development Agency at the Ministry of Georgian Economy and Sustainable Development, which carried the corresponding project. Totally, over 5 700 000 GEL should be spent in Georgia. Shooting of Indian film, American and Georgian – German project is planned within the frame of the program.
