While poker players from all over the world get ready for the 2015-2016 World Series of Poker(WSOP) International Circuit Marrakech Main Event, things are heating up also in Tbilisi, as the capital of Georgia gets ready to welcome the first WSOP C event in the country’s history.
Representatives from the organisers Adjarabet.com announced that on Monday, January 25, a panel composed by poker media veteran and ESPN WSOP anchor Kara Scott, 2010 WSOP Main Eventchampion Jonathan Duhamel, and WSOP Tournament Director Jack Effel will meet with representatives from the regional press.
The media delegation, which is set to include also representatives from Georgia’s national television station, will discuss about the series that will run from March 3 through March 9 at the Tbilisi Sports Palace.

The 2016 WSOP Circuit event in Georgia is set to become the richest poker event to ever be organized in the region thanks to a whopping $700,000 guaranteed prize pool to be distributed across a total of 19 tournaments.
