Georgian Contemporary Film Festival to be Held in Washington

Georgian Contemporary Film Festival will be held in Washington on November 13-16.

The Embassy of Georgia to the United States, Georgian National Film Center, Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, George Washington University, John Hopkins University and Georgetown University jointly represent the festival.

For a week, Washington will host a screening of 6 Georgian films and discussion with authors of the film.

The following Georgian films will be shown:

“My Happy Family” (Directors: Nana & Simeon)
“No, my friend” (Director: Gio Mgeladze)
“Dede” (Director: Mariam Khachvani)
“Other’s House” (Director: Rusudan Glurjidze)
“Scary Mother” (Director: Ana Urushadze)
“Casual Days” (Director Levan Koghuashvili)

Attendance to the screenings is free!
