Eight old Tbilisi Streets to Become Pedestrian Streets

In the near future Tbilisi City Hall plans to make eight of old Tbilisi streets car free, pedestrian streets, mayor announced.

As the announcement reads, streets such as, Agmashenebeli from #44 to Saarbrucken squire, Erekle II, Botanical, Aleksandre Duma and Gorgasali Alley will be closed from any kind of transport. The ban will also cover Shardin, Bambis and Rkinis streets.

Tbilisi city hall made a decision due to residents wish also high demand of improving tourism infrastructure.
