The mayor also talked about the construction of a waste processing factory. As it is known, the Tbilisi City Hall has signed an agreement with the project implementing company “KDW Georgia” but it did not come into effect, as Kaladze says the system, which the project drafted, was obsolete no longer conform to waste management code, waste management governance strategy and association agreement .
