Ajara Government to Hope for Bigger Scale of Citrus Market Diversification

Ajara government hopes that the diversification of the market for Georgian citrus will happen on the bigger scale.

The minister of Ajara Agriculture, Lasha Komakhidze declared, while giving information about citrus realization to head of Ajara government, that Ajara had the best citrus season compared to last year and exported more than 30 tons of citrus to traditional and new markets abroad.

Zurab Pataradze thanked the minister of Agriculture for the successful season and expressed his hope that diversification of the markets will reach bigger scale.
