According to Interior Ministry’s 112 Department, the number of awareness is very low among non-residents, namely 76% of tourists do not have information on the number of Emergency Response Center in Georgia.
Moreover, they declare, that more than half of the tourists expect information on the number of Emergency Response Center from the tour company (for example, by e-mail, via official web-page and etc).
“112” appeals to the tour operators with an initiative in order to increase awareness among non-residents.
All entities visiting Georgian can call Emergency Response Center 112 and call for emergency service, police and fire- brigade.
