Energy Development Fund has announced tender for transforming the wind power station into a joint stock company and purchasing consulting services. The Fund representatives told Business Course that the station’s value has been already determined.
BDO prepared the corresponding research, when the station was out out for auction. However, the Government plans to place the station shares on stock exchange and purchase consulting services anew.
This research determines how shares of Kartli wind power station should be issued and how much it will cost and whether the Authorities will maintain the controlling interest.
According to Energy Development Fund, in July the station generated more than 6 million kw/h electricity, while total generation since inception made up about 60 million kw/hours.
