Exhibition and sales of Georgian products was held on the territory of USA Embassy in Georgia. Georgian entrepreneurs, who are beneficiaries of USAID projects, introduced their products, Ministry of Agriculture told the Commersant.
Minister of Agriculture Levan Davitashvili attended the exhibition.
US Ambassador in Georgia Ian Kelly expressed gratitude to Levan Davitashvili for tight and useful cooperation with Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia.
“Similar events enable to see real results of the important assistance that we have been receiving from the US Government over 25 years and that is mainly implemented through USAID-organized projects. This is the significant financial assistance that has enabled us to draw investments to the agriculture sector.
All projects implemented by USAID fully comply with state development strategy of Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia. I would like to wish success to farmers and entrepreneurs, who are beneficiaries of USAID projects”, Levan Davitashvili said.
