“Argus Caspian Black Sea Transport Corridor 2018” – the event was opened at Hotel “Biltmore” today. Davit Peradze, General Director of Georgian Railway, made a speech at the conference about following topics:
* Cargo dynamics in the Caspian and Black Sea region;
* Multi-modal international corridors, including so-called Middle corridor and its possibilities;
* Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project;
*Access to Anaklia and Georgian Railway network;
* Southwest routes;
* Flexibility of tariff policy and growing tendencies of container transportation.
Among the rapporteurs, GR Transit and GR Logistics and Terminals were the subsidiaries of the Georgian Railway. Besides the management of the Georgian Railway, representatives of oil products, transport logistics companies, terminals, shipping companies and traders of different countries attended the event.
