Two stock exchanges of London and Shanghai are being discussed for IPO of shares of “Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation” and “Georgian Railway”.
Minister of Finance has announced about that and excludes acquisition of the shares by one investor, because the shares will be placed in an open manner
“We are considering Stock Exchanges of London and Shanghai. Respectively, this is an open placement. So we cannot talk on the interest of merely one entity. We want to choose the best moment for shares placement on the stock exchange in this year jointly with consultants”, – Dimitri Kumsishvili has declared.
It worth to mention, that if Georgian companies are listed on London Stock Exchange, five Georgian companies will be represented from Georgia. To remind, shares of BGEO Group, Georgian Healthcare and TBC Bank are traded in the premium listing of London Stock Exchange.
