Partnership Fund to Hold 24 million USD Stake in National Fund of Revival of Georgia

Partnership Fund of Georgia will hold a 24 million USD stake in the 50 million USD capital of Georgian-Chinese National Fund of Revival of Georgia.

CEFC Chinese company will put 26 million USD in the Fund, David Saganelidze, head of Partnership Fund of Georgia, noted.

We remind you that Partnership Fund of Georgia and CEFC Chinese company signed an agreement on foundation of a joint company in China on May 14-15.

Authorized capital of the fund is 50 million USD. The fund is to accumulate additional funds for planned projects, Saganelidze noted.

The new fund will make investments in infrastructure, power sector, agriculture, industry, tourism and other fields, Saganelide said.

The Fund will launch operation in autumn 2018.
