Meeting on Bilateral Relations and Georgia-China Trade Potential Held

Meeting on bilateral relations between Georgia and China has been held today. Chinese delegation from the province of Shanx, city Jannan visited Georgia. The sides also evaluated the possibility of increasing import-export and investment in Georgia.

“Before we arrived in Georgia we already had specific conversations with Georgian company who wanted to create an industrial park in the city of Janan.
Within this visit, we are negotiating one of our Chinese companies, which is oriented on the development of industrial parks. Now the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is involved in these negotiations, “said Lee An Jun, deputy director of the Shanx province’s foreign affairs department.
The chairman of the Chinese industrial zone told bm.ge that the main purpose of his visit was to find the prospects and opportunities of bilateral cooperation between Chinese enterprises and Georgian companies. In the frames of today’s visit, Lee Jen Si explains that the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will open the office in the industrial zone in Beijing.
