Positive trends in the Georgian economy, progressive dynamics in tourism industry and macroeconomic parameters were discussed today at the meeting of the Economic Council that was attended by the representatives of the National Bank of Georgia.
Respective meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Georgia at the Administration of the Government of Georgia.
Vice President of the National Bank of Georgia Archil Mestvirishvili and Otar Nadaraia elaborated on the macroeconomic parameters.
Recent positive trends in the Georgian economy were emphasized. Particular attention was paid to the growing dynamics in tourism industry that represents a major contributor to the development of the country.
