Mamuka Bakhtadze, candidate of the Minister of Finance promises to have active communication with the business.
Former Director of Georgian Railway considers portfolio of the Minster as a great responsibility. He declared that the main focus will be less bureaucracy.
“Basic parameters of the budget as well as future expenditures will be agreed with the international financial institutions. We should continue this positive rout. As for the approaches, the main focus will be less bureaucracy and more efficiency”, – Mamuka Bakhtadze declared to the media.
Bakhtadze noted that he does not plan massive staff changes and notes that the Ministry of Finance is a successful institution and “there will be no talk of any major staff changes at this stage”.
