We will take every efforts to reach an agreement between the parties. Otherwise, we will have to move to arbitration space, Deputy Energy Minister Ilia Eloshvili told reporters regarding KazTransGas.
“Certainly, we will hold meetings. The best solution will be to achieve agreement without interference of arbitration instance and court.
“We will do our best to reach agreement, otherwise the case will move to arbitration space”, Ilia Eloshvili said.
As reported Kazakh state company KazTransGas has sued Government of Georgia to arbitration court and claims for remuneration of losses in the amount of 180 million USD.
KazTransGas Tbilisi director general Sanzhar Shokataev does not rule out to reach agreement with Government of Georgia.
