Government of Georgia has transmitted a real estate to AquaEnergy Georgia company for constructing a hydro power plant at Tbilisi Sea.
Under the government decision, the investor will receive the nonagricultural land plot of 1413 square meter for a period of 49 years. The investor must build Tbilisi HPP nearby the upper spillway of the main water channel, the statement released by the Prime Minister’s office reads.
The project calls for constructing a 600 kw/h HPP near Varketili settlement
The facility must be built within 10 months after the project approval.
