In January-September Government of Georgia sold land plots of 74.3 million GEL and the state budget mobilized 6.6 million GEL, while local self-governments attracted 67.9 million GEL.
The state budget received 1.1 million GEL from sales of non-agricultural land plots in autonomous republics. Local budgets of autonomous republics raised 16.4 million GEL and local self-governments in autonomous republics – 443.1 million GEL.
It is noteworthy that the 2018 sales of non-agricultural land plots rose by 4.5 million GEL compared to 2017.
As of October 23, 2018, the state budget mobilized 79 136 220.33 GEL from sales of state-owned property. National State Property Agency has privatized property of 110 733 601.40 GEL in 2018.
