Georgia’s Foreign Trade Turnover Rose by 16.3% in January-February

In January-February 2018 Georgia’s foreign trade turnover constituted 1 683.5 million USD, up 16.3% year on year, according to Geostat, national statistics service of Georgia.

Including, exports constituted 446.4 million USD, up 25.5%, while trade imports marked 1 236.1 million USD, up 13.3%.

Georgia’s negative trade balance in January-February 2018 amounted to 790.7 million USD, 47% in foreign trade turnover.

In the same period, exports without re-exports marked 335.7 million USD, up 16.2% year on year.
