Georgia’s Economy Grows by 4.7% in January-September Period

According to Geostat, national statistics service of Georgia, in September 2017 real GDP growth pace constituted 5% in September 2017, 4.4% – in the 3rd quarter of 20167 and 4.7% – in January-September 2017.

According to Geostat, in September 2017 economic growth was recorded in the following fields: electricity, gas and water production and distribution, hotels and restaurants, processing industry, commerce, construction works. The transport sector has recorded a contraction in added value.
