Georgian PM to travel to Switzerland for Davos forum

Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili will on Jan. 20 depart for Davos, Switzerland to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Georgia’s State Chancellery told Trend that the Georgian economic delegation also includes the Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Foreign Minister Tamar Beruchashvili, Executive Director of the Co-Investment Fund George Bachiashvili, National Investment Agency’s Director Giorgi Pertaia, and the Director General of Georgian Railway Mamuka Bakhtadze.

The WEF will be for the 45th time held in Davos, Switzerland on Jan. 21-24.

About 2,500 businessmen, politicians, NGO representatives and experts, including 50 heads of state and government are expected to take part in it.
