Georgia’s Minister of Energy Kakha Kaladze called the agiotage around Gazprom marasmic.
According to Kaladze, the negotiations are very important for the Georgian party. He also emphasized that this is not the first year the Georgian side having relations with Gazprom and the agreement is reviewed every year.
“Though in this case changing the agreement conditions is required – we would like to be paid some amount in return for the 10% volume… If anybody wants to find out details I am ready to provide them with information,” Kaladze said.
“We will inform everyone once the agreement is reached,” he said adding the case refers to a new 1-year agreement with Gazprom.
