Georgia Registers First Agricutlure Unmanned Airplane 

Civil Aviation Agency of Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia has registered the first agrodrone in the Georgian Registry for Civil Unmanned Airplanes.

DJI Agras MG-1P (Octocopter) unmanned airplane is operated by AgriCopter company, which is a startup association of Copter.ge with the focus on agriculture sector. The AgroDrone’s maximum flying height is 2000 meters and is equipped with a high-accurate location identifier radar module and spraying systems.
Agrodrones are used for air spraying and air seeding. Special sensors allow to take photos for analysis and monitoring of land and plants structure.

We remind you that unmanned airplanes with more than 5 kilogram weight are subject to registration.
