Energo-Pro Georgia – Purchasing Electricity got Expensive

“Energo-Pro Georgia” plans to invest 230 million GEL in electricity distribution network over the next three years, while in generation units – 44 million GEL.

“The second issue is – the company’s expenses has increased in many directions, most importantly electricity prices got higher due to GEL devaluation. There are other components that might balance this situation,”-said Dvalishvili, Head of Public Relations.

Today, Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission is holding a meeting to agree the three year investment plans of energy companies.
