When delivering his speech at the Parliament, Minister of Economy Dimitri Kumsishvili talked about Business House, a new model for cooperation between Government and business sector.
The project calls for creating a joint physical and electronic space for business services, where business sector representatives will be able to to have access to more tan 800 state services under single-window principle. At this stage, the mentioned services are provided by about 60 offices.
“The state sector is being transformed into a more coordinated and client-oriented joint structure and provides more transparency through new approaches and technologies. Consumers will be able to supervise progress in service process. As a a result, access to state services will be improved and businessmen will receive high-quality services. Both state and business sectors will save time significantly”, Dimitri Kumsishvili noted.
Business House is not only a physical space, but also a joint office for all state offices, business support state programs, investment-consulting services, natural monopolists (gas, water, electricity and so on), financial and legal bodies and it provides all necessary services under single-window principle.
