Additional Flights Appointed from Kazakhstan to Batumi

From June 1, 2016 of the current year, Kazakh airline SkyBus starts to commence additional charter flights between Kazakhstan and Georgia. The frequency of the flights will be implemented 8 times per week for the following airlines:

• Aktobe-Batumi-Astana;
• Kizilorda-Batumi-Aktobe;
• Shimkenti-Batumi-Kizilorda;
• Aktau-Batumi-Shimkenti;
• Atyrau-Batumi-Aktau;
• Kharaghanda-Batumi-Atyrau;
• Kustanai-Batumi-Karaganda;
• Astana-Batumi-Kustanai

Flights will be executed with a Bombardier CRJ100 the type of the aircraft. In addition, 3-month permit was granted to the airline to perform charter flights by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia‘s Civil Aviation Agency.

The flights towards Batumi will significantly contribute the growth of passengers’ flow, as well as tourism and business development between those two countries.
