Activity is Declined at the Real Estate Market in May

May has not turned out successful month for real estate market, activity is dropped and transactions number has made up 46 707.

The decline is 11,6% y-o-y, while sharp drop is fixed comparing to April. Namely, transaction number is declined by 16.4% comparing to the previous month: decline is fixed on primary (29.4%), as well as secondary markets (12.3%).

Decline is fixed at all stages of the area.

Initial transaction number has amounted to 9416 in May, while the secondary transactions – 37 291.

In addition, the share of primary registration transaction is increased y-o-y: 79.8% of registered traction has been secondary transactions, while 20.2% – primary registration transactions (May, 2015, respective, 81.3% and 18.7%).
