Smoked fish produced by Zovreti will appear on the market soon in Borjomi and Tbilisi. Elizabeth Elizoshvili, founder of the company declares that the products are produced with hot smoking methodology and is characterized with special taste. Checking process is actively carried on.
The owner has introduced her plans and fish smoking technology to REAP – European and Eurasian Affairs Office Director Susan Kutor and USAID / Georgia Mission Director, Mr. Thomas Morris.
The solemn plant is located in Kvabiskhevi, village of Borjomi, and the plant is beneficiary of REAP. The grant volume is determined by 41 900 USD, while the company’s cooperation is 95 800 USD.
The company holds solemn plant for 21 years. They have constructed the plant, which is equipped with devices from Germany and China. The company took them with the assistance of REAP.
The organization helped women-entrepreneurs to develop business skills with various types of trainings. They invited specialists from the Netherlands. Now the company’s director is improving her experience in the United States.
