Nino Zambakhidze Chairwoman at Georgian Farmers’ Association

Nino Zambakhidze from 2005  is the founder of L.T.D. “LBN Line Distribution Company”, an official representative of Coffee Vergnano and Tea Ronnefeldt in Georgia. Having started farming in 2008 she founded L.T.D. “Georgian Business Zone” (Cattle farm, Milk Processing Farm and Animal Food Production Farm) in the village Tsnisi, Akahltsikhe Region where she also acts as an Executive Director. In 2010 Nino founded “Regional Development Association” in Akhaltsikhe and since then has been leading execution of various rural development projects.

Tinatin Rukhadze Founder and General Director at ACT – Analysis and Consulting Team

Tinatin is the general director of Analysis & Consulting Team (ACT), a leading public opinion research and strategic consulting company based in Georgia. She co-founded and served as the CEO of the company in 2002.

Under her management, ACT became Georgia’s largest research and consulting company and has successfully expanded its services to the rest of the Caucasus region. Today, the company operates in more than 10 countries from its offices in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

Nino Kobakhidze’s name is also connected to bringing world’s third-largest broker Willis Towers Watson to Georgia. Since 2011, Nino Kobakhidze has been among the several partners of this verified financial broker group.

Irma Daushvili Founder and director general of the company Dio

Irma Daushvili founded the renowned holiday complex Nunisi in 1996.

She is a member of the Vocational Educational Commission of the trilateral commission between the government, employers and vocational unions.​

She is also a member of the Employers Association Board. Throughout different periods of time she participated in multiple local and international professional qualification advancement courses.

Since May, 2018 Ekaterine Duchidze has served as CEO of Georgian Capital. She was a Corporate Secretary and Coordinator for Relations with Investors at BGEO Group. She spent eight years working in the World Bank group out of which 2 years were spent for working at the World Bank headquarters in Washington, OPIC Department, as the Programming Assistant. In 2005 she became a member of the Bank of Georgia personnel as the Corporate Secretary. She has assisted companies in drilling down their strategy plan to the operational and tactical levels, and supporting those operations with budget assistance over the given strategic period. Currently, Tamta has been actively delivering projects for the Government of Georgia and various Donors in the country.
