Willis Towers Watson to Enter the Georgian Insurance Sector

Willis Towers Watson has expressed interest in entering the Georgian insurance market.

Company representatives Homi Motamed and Hanan Ben Moshe are currently in Georgia, and have met with the Finance Minister, Nodar Khaduri. They are presently funding energy projects in Georgia, and have also expressed interest in investing in the insurance and risk management sector.

The meeting touched upon development prospects for the insurance sector, as well as the country’s possibilities in this regard. Mr. Khaduri expressed his hope that the company representatives’ meetings in Tbilisi will be fruitful, and the company will be able to expand the scope of its activities in the country through further investment.
