Tskali Margebeli company plans to launch production of natural juices. To this end, the company will construct a nonalcoholic beverage bottling plant in Nabeghlavi, jointly with Swiss and Austrian institutional partners.
The plant construction works started in June 2015 and will end in August 2016. The project is being implemented partly by a EBRD credit line. The price of the first phase of the project is 32 million EUR. German Krones, Austrian Rauch and Swedish Tetra Pak companies are taking part in the project implementation.
Additional 16 000 square meter space was added to the existing 4 000 square meter space in the plant. The whole space will be equipped by a modern technology production bottling line to produce both the existing brands of Nabeghlavi and Bakhmaro and new 100% natural juices in various packing (glass, cardboard and so on), nectars, cold coffee, cold tea, lemonades and other products.
Used water biological processing station will be also constructed.
It should be also noted alternative energy systems will be applied for heating-cooling and ventilation systems of the new plant and this component will make the production energy efficient.
