SOCAR has given its first comment to BM.GE about the Competition Agency is to start repeated exploration of oil products market.
As reported, according to Court of Appeals, the case was returned to Competition Agency for repeated exploration.
The SOCAR Georgia Petroleum director general noted that the decision passed by Court of Appeals does not mean this or that party has won the case. At the same time, the conclusion by Competition Agency contained many inaccuracies, Levan Giorgadze said.
“Court of Appeals has decided to return the issue to Competition Agency for repeated examination. Nothing has started anew. The mentioned decision has justified neither the company nor Competition Agency.
The decision was to return the case back for repeated exploration, because the conclusion contained many inaccuracies”, Levan Giorgadze told BM.GE.
Competition Agency finished oil products market exploration in 2015 and imposed 55 million GEL fine on companies and economic agents.
