According to National Agency of Public Registry, 4203 new business entities have been registered in December, 2015 through the country, which is more by 16.8% comparing to November and exceeds by 4,8% to December of 2015.
To note, 97% of the registered business entities are entrepreneurial entities, while 3.0% – non-entrepreneurial entities.
The number of entrepreneurial entities is grown by 16.4% in December comparing to the December, 2015, whereas the figure of non-entrepreneurial entities is increased by 28.0%.
According to official data, majority of business entities were registered as individual entrepreneur (2 252 unites i.e. 53.6% of registered business entities) and Limited Liabilities Companies ( 1739 unites i.e. 41.4% of registered business entities).
As it seems, 95.0% of business entities gives performances to the following legal statuses.
It should be noted, that 127 entrepreneurial entities, 65 cooperatives, 12 branches of foreign legal entity, 7 Joint Stock Companies and 1 Public Legal Entity.
