Clothing factory that manufactures brand products of Nike, Puma, Lotto, Erima, New Balance and Under Armor, plans to expand business.
Ajara Textile plans to hold an official inauguration with expanded workshops, showrooms and new employees.
Jengiz Ozkendir, the factory director, noted that the factory has introduced the so-called bonus system that almost doubles the existing salaries due to qualification, term of service and protection of internal rules. Bonuses will be paid to 120 employees in January, the factory director noted.
Ajara Textile has been implementing business projects as part of Enterprise Georgia program, with the support of Entrepreneurship Development Agency of Ministry of Economy. The factory has already employed 550 persons. The company exports products to foreign markets with the label – Made in Georgia.
