Tskali Margebeli company, which bottles Nabeghlavi, plans to unveil a multi-profile soft drinks plant in Guria Region on June 24. The project is being implemented jointly with RAUCH, one of the leading juice production companies in Europe.
The project’s investment value made up 40 million EUR. The new plant will employ 150-200 persons.
Tinatin Makharadze, head of the company strategic development department, told Imedi TV company that in 2017 Tskali Margebeli marks 20th anniversary of its foundation and the new plant inauguration has coincided with this date.
“This multi-profile plant is able to produce any soft drinks, including carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, cold tea and so on. The production line enables to bottle drinks in plastic, aluminum and glass containers”.
Founded in 1919 Austrian brand RAUCH distributes products in more than 100 countries worldwide.
Tskali Margebeli was founded by Georgian-Swiss investment. EBRD provides significant support to the company development. Currently, the company employs 700 citizens.
