Levan Lepsveridze, Creative Director and Co-Founder at Leavingstone, will talk about an importance of young creators in advertising industry at Ad Black Sea seminars program to be held on September 24-27 in Batumi, Georgia. His topic “Smells Like Team Spirit” will give participants understanding that teams of teens may lack the knowledge but have ability of finding short cuts towards accomplishment.
Levan Lepsveridze is one of Georgian highest awarded creative directors. Levan sacrifices most of his time to own agency Leavingstone. In five years together with his partners, Levan managed to build the most acclaimed Creative Digital Agency in Region. Under Levan Lepsveridze’s creative direction Leavingstone has earned 17 awards on international advertising festivals, including (Two Gold and a Silver) Golden Hammers, (Honorable Mention and Site of the Day on) Awwwards.com and (Bronze) Cannes Lion – turning the company into the first Georgian Agency to win a Cannes Lions Festival.
Besides passionate creative work, Levan has been involved in business and marketing consultancy projects, providing guidance for small and medium sized businesses under Asian Development Bank program.
