Various commercial spaces are sold in Batumi Tower. Redco company representatives told BM.Ge that top-class residential apartments will be also included in the complex.
Since the high-rise building could not satisfy due security norms, the adjacent building will assume functions of Le Méridien top-standard hotel, while staff residential sector will function in the high-rise building, as well as stores and swimming pool.
The company representatives told the Business Course that the project implementation will end in summer 2019. Total value of the project is 30 million USD. The company has paid 25 million USD for privatization, but after deadline and, under the agreement, Batumi Tower was imposed 1 million USD fine. This sum has been paid off entirely.
As a result, Batumi will acquire one more top-class hotel in summer 2019.
