Italian entrepreneurs are producing pizza in Armenia to export it to Russia and Georgia, director of Poitaly company Philippo Dutsoni told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The company operating in Abovyan, a town in the outskirts of Yerevan, has created an industrial zone where they help Italian companies to run their business. One of them is producing frozen pizza which is exported to Georgia and Russia.
“The quality can be compared to the pizza produced in Europe. I am not joking. We have exported it to Europe, too. They liked it very much. We are managing the process, but the product is made by the Armenians,” he added.
