Iranian investors have decided to redesign an initial project and arrange a hotel instead of a business center.
Initially, we planned to arrange commercial spaces in this building. Therefore we have invested additional financial resources to redesign the building, a representative of the Iranian investor company of Green Way told the Commersant news agency.
The interviewee has not specified the amount of additional investments. The hotel will satisfy the 4-star classification. Technical details of the project are being developed, the company representative noted.
As to the brand, it was designed specially for the domestic market and the hotel will operate under the name of hotel Queen. The hotel will be unveiled in the near future. An international coffee facility will be located at the building basement, the respondent noted.
Under the initial project, the business center was to occupy 9 floors and comprise 32 office spaces.
