IPO of Partnership Fund Discussed at Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Partnership Fund has considered rehabilitation project of tea plantations in Georgia with company “Oriental Patron Financial Group” at Chinese-Georgian business forum held in Shanghai for the first time. 

Moreover, they have also agreed with China National Technical Import & Export corporation to start glass manufacturing in Georgia.

However, a meeting was held with Jilin New Royal Co., LTD within the frame of the visit, which got interested in construction of rehabilitation hospital. 

David Saganelidze, executive director of the Fund, met representatives of investment consultation companies of Hong Kong  Oriental Patron Financial Group and  Kaisun Energy Group Limited linked to the listing of Partnership Fund’s shares at Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

It should be noted, that meetings were also held with authorities of Er Shang Group, CEFC. China, Chinese Industry and Commerce, Jilin New Royal Investment Co LTD-ს, CFFC CHINA

ENERGY COMPANY, CEFC GROUP (EURASIA), Oriental Patron Financial Group, Kaisun Energy Group Limited, China National Technical Import & Export corporation, Beijing capital agro business group, Beijing er shang group Co.LTD, CEFC Guandong financial investment holdings co.,Ltd Silk road Chamber of International Commerce  and Tang West Market International Group (Hong kong). However, general meetings were held with CEFC Guandong financial investment holdings co.,Ltd, Silk road Chamber of International Commerce and Tang West Market International Group (Hong kong).

Members of government delegation have visited high technology park in Shanghai, Shanghai Port and also got acquainted with the situation there.

“Partnership Fund” has signed cooperation memorandum with China-Eurasian Economic

Cooperation Fund by the end of China-Georgian investment forum. Management of Partnership Fund met authorities of several big Chinese companies, including president of China-Eurasian Economic Cooperation Fund. The sides have discussed cooperation prospects for the future.
