The number of registered entities in doing business increased by 16% in March.
In March 2016, the number of registered entities in terms of doing business amounted 4 909 units. This information was provided by the National Agency of Public Registry. According to the official data, 95.1% accounts for business entities, entrepreneurs, while 4.9% represents non-profit entities.
The monthly index of business registration was 1.122 in March.
Based on the information of Civil Registry Agency, the number of registered entities in doing business increased by 16% in March compared with previous month, whereas it faced an increase of 9.9% compared to previous year’s corresponding month.
Most of the individuals registered in doing business represent individual entrepreneurs (2 505 units, 51% of registered entities) and as Ltd, (2 010 units, 40.9% of total registered entities).
During the same period in the country there were registered also: 237 Non-profit legal entities, 116 cooperatives, 28 branches of foreign legal entities, 7 joint-stock company, 3 foreign non-profit legal entity branches, 2 joint-stock company and 1 legal entity of public law.
