IDS Borjomi Russia Buys Chistaya Voda Company

IDS Borjomi Russia has bought Chistaya Voda (Clean Water) company, a leading company of strong drinks of Siberia and Ural.

ISD Borjomi Russia is a member of IDS Borjomi International, which owns 8 plants in Georgia, Russia and Ukraine. Information on this deal was spread in autumn 2016. Chistaya Voda company was valued at 1.5 billion Rubles.

“Acquisition of Chistaya Voda company is a decision of strategic importance”, IDS Borjomi Russia director general Aleksandr Jdanov noted.

This deal will promote distribution of products of the mentioned company in Siberia and Ural. Chistaya Voda launched operation on Russian market in 1998. The company owns two important industrial complexes in two cities of Russia – Novorosiisk and Yekaterinburg.
