Hyatt Regency’s Investor Accuses Transparency International – Georgia of Project Defamation

Rustveli Property responds to Transparency International – Georgia.

Transparency International – Georgia has named the company project of Hyatt Regency among three projects of the Partnership Fund and it, to their statement, raises certain questions.

Rustveli Property  has released a statement and explained that Georgian  businessman Roman Pipia is the state fund’s partner in the project.

Rustveli Property expresses anxiety over  the statement made by Transparency International – Georgia on August 25, 2016 regarding Hyatt Regency Tbilisi project.

Representatives of Transparency International – Georgia had communication with the company management and received comprehensive information to their questions. Moreover, Georgian and foreign editions have testified who is owner and investor of the project, but, despite these facts, Transparency International – Georgia has made public statement to the detriment of the company and project as if there were unclear questions.

To avoid any doubts, we openly and publicly explain again that the owner and investor of Hyatt Regency Tbilisi project  is Georgian businessman Roman Pipia. The project is being implemented by Georgia-incorporated LLC Rustvei Property founded by Cyprus-incorporated company  Merrydow Development Holdings LTD, founded an owned by Mr. Roman Pipia.
