Gogi Topadze not yet Started Construction of Enterprise Complex

Businessman and MP Gogi Topadze  has not yet started building an enterprise complex.
Topadze states “Commersant” that the issue was  not solved as talks about  the construction of oil, soap and milk processing enterprises in Kakheti and Kartli were held with the former Minister Shalva Pipia. So far, he has not met the new Minister of Agriculture Otar  Danelia.

The MP considers the Partnership Fund (PF) and Produce in Georgia project the main sources of funding. Topadze  suggests that the construction of the oil processing plant will cost approximately 7-8 million while    soap production – 5-6 million. At the first stage  400-420 people will be employed at the enterprises.

The MP says that along with oil production, it is planned to produce the  soap as the soap  is produced from sunflower oil fatty residues.

As for dairy production, Topadze notes that as a result of pressure, food which is used for cattle will be produced from the sunflower waste.

Topadze  is going to meet with the Minister  next year  to discuss the issue of  the enterprise complex. He adds that the Prime Minister has been aware of this issue.
