German investor Ingu Shlutius, who arrived in Bakhmaro 2 months ago, met with Guria Governor Gia Salukvadze today and discussed works to be performed in Bakhmaro resort.
“I would like to express my gratitude to the Governor, because, thanks to his huge support, telephone and internet communications were installed in Bakhmaro. Electricity supply has been restored to the resort. Rescue service and police station have been arranged. We have safer environment and we easier communicate with different offices.
It should be also noted that Chokhatauri Municipality and Bakhmaro resort administration provide maximum support for attaining our objectives. I plan to build a hotel for the next season. I will buy additional equipments and employ more people.
I also appreciate legislate amendments that Georgian Government has made in relation to Bakhmaro resort. We are happy that gasification design works are underway, as well as works for Bakhmaro development general project. We are able to jointly develop Bakhmaro in a short period”, German investor noted at the end of the meeting.
On trial season about 60 tourists visited Bakhmaro, while the figure will increase four times in 2018 and we will launch implementation of this large-scale project, Gia Salukvadze noted.
